Gallery Z Announces Holiday Sale on “4 Decades of Fine Art” Exhibit

Gallery Z on Federal Hill announced a holiday sale of its “Four Decades of Fine Art” exhibit.

Running through Sunday, December 22, Gallery Z will offer selected pieces from the Gallery Director’s collection, in assorted subjects, formats, and genres at 50% off.

“For almost twenty years, Gallery Z has been showcasing original fine art on Providence’s historic Federal Hill, bringing works of hundreds of local, regional and internationally renowned artists to the public. This November the gallery will exhibit original art from the Gallery Director’s extensive collection that is especially affordable,” writes Gallery Z about the exhibit.

The exhibit will be on display through Sunday, December 22 with a final reception on December 19 at 5 p.m.

The Exhibit

The exhibit will feature original paintings, drawings, and photographs from still lifes and studies to landscapes, waterscapes, cityscapes, and streetscapes.

Artists include Harut Aghajanian, Aghassi, Stephan Brigidi, Mike Bryce, Bonnie Buck, Nilton Cardenas, Lee Chabot, Ruth Clegg, Virginia Delgado, Kim Ellery, Areg Elibekian, Robert Elibekian, Judith Ferrara, Liliana Fijman, John Gaumond, Herbert C. Illium, Alex Khomsky, Eveline Luppi, Angelo Marinosci, Jr., Marty McCorkle, Alan Metnick, Ian Mohon, Evans Molina, Kevork Mourad, Julian Penrose, Ewa Romaszewicz, Helena Stockar, Larry Sykes, Anthony Tomaselli and Ben Weiss, among others.

There is also intricate handmade jewelry by local artists Richard Bradley, Cynthia Chapman, Jennaca Leigh Davies and Marilyn Kagan, RI-themed mugs, framed color photos of downtown’s iconic buildings, hand-painted letters on wooden tiles to spell out a child’s name, colorful decorative handmade bowls, platters and vases from Greece, Armenia and Thailand, and other international handicrafts.
